Summary:
A simple mission: take down a drug dealer and all-round bad guy in his tower like fortress in the slums of Jakarta. The catch; this place is feared by all police and this is the first raid of its nature. Tasked with this mission is a SWAT team including rookie Rama (Iko Uwais) who has a personal reason to be on this mission and Sargent, Jaka (Joe Taslim) an honest and experienced crime fighter.
Despite their best efforts the team are spotted before they can make their way up to arrest Tama; the villain played by (Ray Sahetapy). Tama offers free accommodation in his tower for anyone who kills a police officer. The offer is taken up by the armed low-life tenants of the tower.
