How can anyone be afraid of turning 40?
Well if you’re Pete and Debbie I can TOTALLY understand why! You remember Pete and Debbie, right?
2007 was the year of Judd Apatow’s pregnancy/slacker comedy Knocked Up where we were introduced to the characters of Pete and Debbie portrayed by Paul Rudd and Apatow’s real life wife, Leslie Mann. No disrespect to Seth Rogen and Katherine Heigl but they were outshone by the long-time married couple whose one-liner’s stole the entire movie with what could be one of the most realistic portrayals of married life I’ve ever seen on the big screen.

Untitled Judd Apatow Film Photo Released
17th July

If this spin-off is … Read More »

After watching the film though, I am not sure that I was the target audience because whilst the scenes consisting of crude, raunchy, and toilet humour were funny (seriously though when is it not…) the other emotional scenes I found tedious and a little boring. I wasn’t engaged or interested in what they were talking about. It’s for this … Read More »
