Have you seen the latest from the Daily Bugle New update?

Well it looks like the “Spider-Man” has a few fans around New York City and they have taken their support to the walls of the city, and Captain Stacy of the NYPD is not happy.

That’s right people, the official trailer for the Spider-Man reboot has been released! And I have to say that I am very impressed!

The Amazing Spider-Man stars Andrew Garfield (The Social Network) as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, Emma Stone as Gwen Stacy, Martin Sheen as Ben Parker, Sally Field as May Parker, and Rhys Ifans as Dr Curt Connor/The Lizard.

I love the idea of mechanical web-shooters and to be able to see some of it in action was very cool. I know that some people say that mechanical web-shooters takes away from the believeability of the story but…um…it’s based on a comic book?!?! Exactly how believeable do you want it to be?

I thought the addition of Peter’s parents was an interesting take and from what I can remember (which honestly isn’t much) from the comic book there was a story … Read More »

So by now I am sure that we are all aware that the new Spider-Man reboot starring Andrew Garfield is called The Amazing Spider-Man and that it’s currently scheduled for a 2012 release…BUT I just wanted to share the below image in case any of you missed it…

Why am I sharing this image?  Because it looks freaking cool, that’s why!

Seriously don’t you look at that image and feel hope? Don’t you look at that image and feel a sneaking suspicion that Marc Webb and Andrew Garfield will do something great? Something that will erase the all-too-recent memory of Tobey Maguire and his emo dance routine that just destroyed the last Spider-Man film?

I do.

Not to out any pressure on you Mr Webb, but you need to make this great!
