Let me start by saying the only thing I knew about The Green Hornet was that Bruce Lee played Kato in a TV adaption. So in short I am not basing any of this review on expectation, story adaption or as a fan boy.
Now the new movie written by and starring Seth Rogen is getting quite a sledging and it’s with this my expectations were low. Believe me when I say I was just seeing this movie with the intent of some mindless fun.
So what did I think?
Well I actually didn’t mind the movie. It was light hearted, had some fun action sequences (clearly unrealistic and over the top) and generally entertained me. However it is Seth Rogen who actually brings the movie down.
