Over the last 10 years Hollywood has had a fascination with sequels & threequels, and the Fast and Furious franchise has been no exception with its 5th entry ‘Fast Five.’
Two years ago director Justin Lin effectively re-booted the franchise with the fourth entry ‘Fast and Furious- New Model Original Parts’ with this Entry Lin proved that he as a real aptitude for directing car chase / stunt sequences Lin also showed he understood what make makes a good action movie
With ‘New Parts Original Model’ Lin was hamstrung by having to link his new film to the original Fast and Furious that was released in 2001- however with ‘Fast Five’ Lin is in total control the result is impressive.

‘The Other Guys’ Review

Firstly, The Other Guys is not a new idea or a cinematic masterpiece.
Now that’s out of the way let me tell you what this is, FUN!
With an interesting pairing between Ferrell and Wahlberg this movie is a fun journey with a little action, plenty of laughs and a nice twist to the mismatched partner cop genre.
Currently on DVD, I recommend grabbing this movie when you want something light hearted.
A great beer and pizza movie!
